We want to inform you that a covenant amendment regarding Short-Term Rentals has been formally introduced following extensive discussion and consideration. This recommendation originated from the Architectural Committee, which carefully reviewed the matter and presented its findings to the Board of Directors. After deliberation, the Board voted to approve the recommendation to move forward with an amendment to the covenants.

 What’s Next?

• The approved amendment will now be posted for a 30-day review period to allow members time to review.

• You will find the proposed amendment at the following link: Proposed Amendment

• Following the review period, the membership will vote at a Special Meeting of Members on August 28, 2025, at 6:00 PM at the 19th Hole.

• Upon approval of 66 2/3% of those in attendance to approve the amendment. Proxies are permitted. Proxy information will be made available before the August Stated Meeting Date.
